From time to time, you read my personal vision about psychotherapy; this site is neither intended as a replacement for psychotherapy as such, nor as a scientific paper about the subject. When you have a psychological problem, you better would consult a psychiatrist or psychotherapist.

Feedback forms or e-mail are intended for comment or some sort of discussion with the author of the site, and not as a replacement for therapy.
